Hearing the BWV 29 transcription of the violin partita 3 is lovely as well, another reminder that Bach's music can live so independently from the musical instruments on which it's played.
Yes - being an amateur guitarist myself, I like the lute transcription of that piece the best! A very tricky piece to play since the downbeat sort of floats around in the middle of the melody.
