I just happened upon your project because of another Substack author I follow and I’m very glad I did. I really love Bach and for several years I’ve thought about taking a “deep dive” into him and his music. We’ve been to Leipzig and visited St John’s and St Thomas, where he is buried. I look forward to reading and listening to your piece.
Very cool. I’ll have to check in. I bought the big yellow book of like 160 of his tunes to work on my site reading this year. It’s slow going… I think I’m going to have to listen-ahead and find ones that catch my ear. Some of the opening sinfoniettas aren’t too inspiring, albeit, still nice,but of course, the WTC never gets old and I’m sure I’ll be more productive being selective anyway. Cheerio.

You can spend a rewarding the rest of your life going deep in that book. I’m working on my sight reading with it as well.
